Aley Blackmore is a digital artist born and raised in Portland, OR. She is a 2022 graduate of Scripps College, where she majored in Media Studies with an emphasis in Digital Production. She draws with a story in the back of her mind, and uses illustration as a way to explore character, emotion, and setting. Her favorite topics to explore involve the slightly surreal and gently playful, and she imbues it all with colors you can taste. In addition to illustration, she makes experimental animations, which are even more dreamlike than her pictures.
